The 5-blade set is impressive—I could chop, slice, shred, and knead dough without switching machines. The 10.5-cup bowl is a good middle size. The 600W motor is decent, though it labored a bit with tough dough. The plastic parts feel a little light, but the stainless blades are sharp. Assembly is straightforward, and dishwasher safe cleanup is convenient. For the price, it's a versatile performer, but I wish the build quality were more robust.
